Planning- and

 Consultancy Services

We assist and advise during the planning and development of emergency plans (e.g. Corporate Emergency Response Plan, Local Station Response Plan).

We support with the set-up (recruiting, training, commitment) of a Special Assistance Team (SAT). Its purpose is to provide psychosocial support for victims and their relatives.

We develop a job specification for the members of the SAT and assess the suitability of those who decide to support the SAT Team. The whole recruiting process for SAT staff and associated seminars and workshops will be organised by us. In general, the training program will be customized in close coordination with the client to match the requirements of the respective organization and the people involved.
